Pete Reed, NREMT-W, originally from New Jersey, is the Executive Director and co-founder of Global Response Management.
His four years in the US Marine Corps Infantry with two combat deployments to Helmand, Afghanistan, honed his leadership skills and ability to operate in austere environments under pressure. Over two years in Iraq teaching pre-hospital trauma courses and running Trauma Stabilization Points in Mosul and follow on battles against ISIS, cemented his vision to bring quality medical care to those who need it most. Due to this vision, he conceived of GRM to fill the gaps in humanitarian aid.
Pete is currently working in Yemen to develop a medical response in areas difficult to access by many aid organizations.
While not working overseas, he loves fly fishing and skiing in Jackson Hole, WY.
