Session Title Lessons learnt from a decade of jungle experience
Lt Col Matthew Boulter TD VR RAMC is a GP with over 30 years of military experience. He is a Senior Lecturer in the Academic Department of Military General Practice.
His sub-specialty interests include pre-hospital care and remote medicine. He runs a variety of military and civilian courses for both medics and non-specialist personnel including remote primary health care, minor injury & wound management, minor surgery and joint injections.
He has developed a specific expertise in jungle medicine and in particular, the management of exertional heat illness in this environment.
He is also the doctor for the Penlee Lifeboat.
