What is included with my in-person ticket? 

Access to all in person talks and also digital access for the day(s) you attend the conference so you can catch up on demand for up to 12 months after the conference. Registration for all talks and workshops will be opened later in the year.

What is included with my digital ticket?

More content than ever before, with access to the Biosphere, Salisbury Suite, Hutton room, Boardroom and Digital Stage for all 3 days. This is over 70 hours of content, and you can watch any talks you didn’t catch live on demand, for up to 12 months after the conference. There is no need to book your session if you are watching digitally, just turn up and enjoy!

When will I receive my ticket?

You will receive your email confirmation when you book your ticket. For in-person attendance you will not receive a physical ticket, a name badge will be waiting for you at the registration desk when you arrive.

When will I get access to the digital conference platform?

Our team will be sending out access emails to our conference platform Swapcard the week running up to the event, please check your junk inbox before contacting our team as it may have gone in there.

When does the workshop registration open? 

Workshop registration will open for in-person ticket holders in October, and we will send out an email to ticket holders ahead of this. Booking a workshop space at the event is not guaranteed as the rooms have capacity limits. 

Will I have access to the content after the conference?

Yes, all the sessions will be recorded in the Biosphere, Salisbury Suite, Hutton Room, Board Room and Digital Stage, which will be available for 12 months after the conference.

Will you have Expedition, Humanitarian, and Pre-Hospital separate days?

All our talks will be split across all the days, we will be tagging the themes of practice so that it is easy for you to plan your conference schedule. 

I really want to come, I can’t afford it, are there any discounts available?

We are delighted you are considering the conference this year. As a not-for-profit educational event we are unable to offer discounts. This year however, we are including more content than ever before, and workshops are included in your ticket price*. If attending in-person isn’t an affordable option for you this year, have you considered being part of our digital audience?

*Excluding the terrorist sim and ceilidh. 

What happens if I can’t attend once I’ve purchased a ticket?

We hope that once you have purchased your ticket you will be attend the conference however, we know there are many things in life that can come up. If you would need to refund your ticket, we can offer a full ticket refund (subject to a £150 admin fee) or a transfer of your ticket to WEM23 or a World Extreme Medicine credit note to spend on a future course or conference. 

Do you have any hotels I can get discounts at? 

We would recommend you search via a hotel comparison site or by contacting a hotel direct to secure any discounts.
